When he was released by the magistrates, Kenji went to judge the damage, at least the worldly ones, he could hardly do anything about the spiritual or social damage here.

He takes his time to wait until the Servants come back with a washing tub and fresh clothes.

He then takes another look at the wound on his chest. "I... think I avoided the worst of the damage, luckily. I hope they haven't hurt you too badly?"
After he returns from the talk with the magistrates, he looks at the damage along with Kenji, a crease on his brow...

After, at some point, the servants arrived with a change of clothes and a washtub, Kenji showed them a free room that was covered with a shoji.
He instructed the servants to first wash Kazuko and change her clothes before he took a bath himself. Hopefully she would regain consciousness after a night's rest.
After Kazuko and him had been washed, he waited for one of the priests to purify them both.

"I,.... don't know." he looked quite concerned. "Never learnt the Way of Medicine, so i need to trust the Power of the Kami and hope that she will wake up again...."

Prash keeps at some distance from Kenji and Kazuko to give them space, but he comes a bit closer as he hears of Kenji's worries. He takes another look at her, checks her colour and general appearance.
"Kakita Kenji-san... don't worry too much. She was hit hard, but she will be fine. Mai-san took good care of her."

She shakes her head. "It'll ache tomorrow, but I've had worse from training exercises. Whatever you asked of the kami spared me the worst of it." Unlike poor Kazuko. The body could be healed, but such a sudden and extreme injury. "I'm glad they kept you safer than I managed to." It bothers her, but, now isn't the time to dwell on it. There's other problems in plenty.
"It's probably good that she sleep for a bit," she says of Kazuko. "This," one hand gestures around at the chaos, "is a lot to take in after such an injury, I'd think. From celebration to carnage in a few minutes..." she shakes her head, still having some trouble believing it herself.

Haruki pulls out a fan to cool off, clearly it is the heat and not what he about to say. "They weren't Ronin, their clothes were too nice when I secured them, their swords were pristine, and it's easy to tell from looking at them up close that they never had to worry about food."
